We want our customers to be always aware of any information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. This policy applies to customers who have purchased Photo One software and other services.
We collect complete contact information for all customers. The information we collect is used to ship product to you, notify you about updates related to your Photo One and to your business and to share information on new products and services or upcoming events. From time to time, we may jointly offer a new value added service from another vendor for your benefit and will originate the mailing from our database.
We may use your studio name and phone number to provide to prospective studios who would like to talk to other studio owners about their experience with Photo One. If you do not wish to be included in this process, please let us know by writing to the above email address.
When using our technical support services and our on-line backup services, the studio data that you transfer to us will be kept completely private and available only to Photo One staff members assigned to assist you with your data. All Photo One staff members are required to read, sign, submit and follow a strict confidentiality agreement, in place to protect you and your data from all other sources outside of Photo One.
Your information is not shared with other organizations for any reason, commercial or otherwise, unless we are ordered to do so by an authorized legal jurisdiction in the United States.
